Spain builds sea barrier after 67 die in Ceuta border rush

Spain said Saturday it is installing a 500-meter containment barrier along Ceuta's breakwater fence after a mass crossing from Morocco left 67 dead. About 60,000 migrants breached the tiny territory's frontier, many drowning or dying in a stampede. Most have returned to Morocco, but Ceuta's president said the city has not returned to normal, and Italy suspended Schengen travel with Spain.
