Spain says migrants leaving Ceuta after deadly influx

Spain says virtually all of the estimated 60,000 migrants who stormed its North African enclave of Ceuta have returned to Morocco, as the death toll rose to at least 67. The mass crossing, which Spain's PM called a violation of sovereignty, drew EU condemnation and prompted France to tighten borders, while Italy threatened to suspend Schengen.
