Moscow restaurant explosion kills 3, injures 15

An explosion at a restaurant in central Moscow killed at least three people and wounded 15, Russian state media reported Saturday, citing local officials. Investigators, forensic experts and emergency services were working at the scene on Kudrinskaya Square, according to RIA Novosti. The Moscow Investigative Committee said the exact number of dead and injured, as well as the circumstances, are being established.
