Arundhati Choudhary wins women's 70kg boxing gold at CWG 2026

Arundhati Choudhary defeated England's Chantelle Reid by a unanimous 5-0 decision to win the women's 70kg boxing gold at the Commonwealth Games 2026 in Glasgow. She became India's fifth boxing gold medallist at the Games, joining Priya, Sakshi, Jaismine, and Preeti, who also won their finals on Saturday. Arundhati controlled the bout from start to finish, with four judges scoring it 30-27 and one 29-28.
