Foxtrot Network recruits teens for murders across Europe

The Foxtrot Network, an organized crime group linked to Iran, is thought to be behind about 35 murders in Europe, using violence-as-a-service tactics. Police say teenagers are recruited on social media and guided through hits in a gamified way, as illustrated by cases like Atilla Azimov and Johannes Natland. Europol's taskforce OTF GRIMM spans 11 countries, and the network's leader, Rawa Majid, is now based in Tehran.
