Surat-based RTI activist Amit Tiwari has sought an inquiry into the finances of Bhagwanrao Dipke, retired Maharashtra government employee and father of Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke, questioning how a Rs 60,000-65,000 salary could fund his children's US education. Tiwari also wrote to the Election Commission and GST authorities over Kapil Sibal's Rs 1 crore legal defence fund for CJP protesters, demanding scrutiny of the party's registration and GST payment.
