Zee says SEBI order won't hit ₹3,143 crore fundraising

Zee Entertainment Enterprises said the SEBI order against two promoters has no direct bearing on its ₹3,143.5 crore fundraising exercise and will proceed, while seeking legal advice. The company said it will take lawful measures to protect stakeholders. Shareholders recently approved a preferential warrant issue; SEBI barred Zee for two months and promoters Punit Goenka and Subhash Chandra for 12 months each.
