Gitanjali Angmo, wife of activist Sonam Wangchuk, praised Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey as surreal and said India sits on a treasure-house of epics, urging Bollywood to rediscover its role as a powerful classroom. The remarks follow criticism of Aamir Khan, who denied knowing Wangchuk during 3 Idiots despite a viral 2008 meeting video. Wangchuk recently ended a 26-day hunger strike demanding education reforms.
