Estonia's Seto community stages symbolic kingdom for a day

The Seto ethnic community turned the village of Mikitamäe in southeastern Estonia into a symbolic kingdom for a day, complete with entry visas, made-up currency, and a mock military parade. The annual event, started in 1994, aims to preserve the Seto language and culture after the homeland was split by the Estonian-Russian border. Only a few thousand people use Seto daily.
