Punjab Congress chief Amrinder Singh Raja Warring has refused to resign amid escalating factional infighting, saying he would continue working for the party even if the leadership replaces him. Speaking at a party programme in Bathinda with AICC in-charge Bhupesh Baghel, Warring defended his tenure, citing the party's seven of 13 Lok Sabha seats in 2024. Posters in Muktsar urged Rahul Gandhi to replace him with Charanjit Singh Channi; Baghel blamed rival parties.
