Bain-backed Dhoot Transmission's Rs 3,067 crore IPO opens Aug 10

Bain Capital-backed Dhoot Transmission, a maker of wiring harnesses and electrical distribution systems, will launch its Rs 3,067 crore IPO on August 10, with a price band of Rs 829-871 per share. The offer includes a Rs 1,400 crore fresh issue and an OFS of nearly Rs 1,667 crore by promoters BC Asia Investments XV and Mangalam Capital. The anchor book opens August 7, and shares are expected to list on August 17.
