EPS slams Tamil Nadu government over Udhayanidhi Stalin's arrest

AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami attacked the Tamil Nadu government after the arrest of Udhayanidhi Stalin, the DMK leader and Leader of the Opposition. Palaniswami called it a calculated move to paralyze the Assembly ahead of its budget session and demanded the arrest be withdrawn. Meanwhile, the Madras High Court directed police to release Stalin after questioning, noting no judicial remand was sought.
