Paytm Block Deals: Elevation Capital Sells 2.3% Stake to 19 Investors

Elevation Capital and affiliated entities sold a 2.3% stake in One 97 Communications, Paytm's parent, through block deals to 19 investors including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Manulife. The shares changed hands at Rs 1,367.8 apiece, totalling Rs 2,038 crore. Paytm shares closed 0.71% lower at Rs 1,400 on the NSE. NPS Trust was the largest buyer.
