Wisconsin mosque leader fights deportation after torture claims

A former attorney testified Tuesday that Israeli authorities coerced Salah Sarsour, leader of Wisconsin's largest mosque, into confessing to crimes decades ago, as the U.S. seeks to deport the Palestinian permanent resident as a foreign policy threat. Sarsour, arrested by ICE in March and released in June, has no U.S. criminal record. His next hearing is Sept. 14.
