Russian strikes kill 17 in Kyiv, Ukraine says

Russian missile and drone attacks on Kyiv and the surrounding region killed at least 17 people and wounded dozens overnight, Ukrainian officials said. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that Russia launched 24 ballistic missiles, four cruise missiles, and 115 drones, targeting civilian warehouses and infrastructure.
