Shiprocket's Rs 1,617-crore IPO to open on August 12

Shiprocket, the Gurugram-based e-commerce logistics platform, will launch its Rs 1,617.5-crore IPO on August 12, with the price band due on August 6. The issue includes a fresh issue of Rs 885.5 crore and an offer-for-sale of Rs 731.9 crore, reduced from the earlier Rs 2,342.3-crore plan. Proceeds will fund growth and repay debt. Anchor book opens August 11; listing expected August 19.
