Israel orders evacuations in Lebanon, citing Hezbollah ceasefire breach

Israel's military has ordered residents of Mansouri in southern Lebanon to evacuate, citing a "blatant violation of the ceasefire" by Hezbollah, and conducted precise strikes in the area. Lebanon's health ministry reported one killed and 12 wounded in an Israeli strike on Tebnine. The escalation comes as Lebanese and Israeli negotiators meet in Rome to discuss implementation of a deal for Israeli withdrawal and Hezbollah's disarmament. The ceasefire has largely held since June 20.
