Israeli strike kills one in south Lebanon after evacuation warning

An Israeli strike on a prayer hall in Tibnin, southern Lebanon, killed one man and injured 12 others, according to Lebanon's health ministry. The Israeli military said the strikes, which also hit Mansouri, were a response to a Hezbollah ceasefire violation. The evacuation order for Mansouri was the first in over a month, as US-sponsored talks in Rome aimed to maintain the ceasefire.
