Dangote plans Kenya oil refinery to boost African energy

Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote, told the BBC he plans to build an oil refinery in Kenya, a project he says will have a 'massive impact' and help African countries achieve energy self-sufficiency. Construction is due to begin by October and take less than four years, serving much of East Africa. The announcement follows his Lagos refinery in Nigeria.
