Ukraine strikes two Russian oil refineries in deep attacks

Ukraine said it hit two oil refineries deep inside Russia, along with patrol boats and shadow fleet vessels in the Black Sea, in attacks President Volodymyr Zelensky said aim to limit revenues Moscow uses to finance its war. The strikes came as Russia reported 605 Ukrainian drones intercepted overnight and said it targeted Ukrainian fuel, energy, and transport facilities. At least 11 people were killed in Russian attacks on Ukraine, and Kherson faced a total blackout.
