RSS chief: Protests legitimate, Gen Z honest

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said Thursday that protests are a legitimate form of dialogue in a democracy, aimed at building consensus rather than creating divisions. Speaking to about 2,000 Gen Z and Gen Alpha members at an IIMUN event in Mumbai, he called their grievances over India's education system genuine and praised them as the most honest generation. The outreach follows student protests over the NEET-UG paper leak that led to Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation.
