RSS chief: Prepare society before same-sex marriage law

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Thursday that society must be prepared before any law on same-sex marriage is considered, emphasizing that LGBTQIA+ individuals are part of society and should be accommodated through a separate legal framework. Speaking in Mumbai, he argued that marriage is a traditional institution for family and generational training, and altering it prematurely could cause conflicts. He also affirmed women's equal role in nation-building.
