Hero MotoCorp Q1 net profit jumps 29% to Rs 1,454 crore

Hero MotoCorp reported a 29% year-on-year rise in standalone net profit to Rs 1,454 crore for the June quarter, driven by strong volumes. Revenue from operations jumped 36% to Rs 12,999 crore, while volumes climbed 23% to 16.77 lakh units. EBITDA rose 25% to Rs 1,727 crore, though margin contracted to 13.3%. The company launched flex-fuel models and saw robust growth in its Vida electric and Harley-Davidson businesses.
