Microsoft opens fourth data center region in India for Azure

Microsoft Corp. has launched its fourth data center region in India, located in Hyderabad, as part of a $20.5 billion investment to expand cloud and AI capabilities in the country. The region has attracted early demand from major local businesses including Adani Group, Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, and PB Pay.
