India conducted a successful user trial of the nuclear-capable Agni-4 medium-range ballistic missile from the Integrated Test Range in Chandipur, Odisha, the Ministry of Defence said. The launch, carried out under the Strategic Forces Command, validated all operational and technical parameters, reinforcing India's credible minimum deterrence policy. The Agni-4 has a strike range of about 4,000 km and features advanced navigation and road-mobile launch capabilities.
