Man charged with arson in Spokane wildfire that destroyed 850 homes

A 37-year-old man, Aaron Farinacci, has been charged with first-degree arson for starting the Old Trails Fire in Spokane, Washington, which has burned more than 850 homes and forced tens of thousands to evacuate. Police say he planned the fire for weeks, researched weather conditions, and used a time-delay device. He is due in court Thursday.
