Monsoon rains kill 64 in Himachal, disrupt Delhi-NCR

Heavy monsoon rains caused waterlogging and traffic snarls across Delhi-NCR on Friday, while northern hill states reeled from landslides and flooding. In Himachal Pradesh, 64 deaths and 14 landslides have been reported since the monsoon began, with weather warnings extended until August 12. Uttarakhand closed 132 roads, including four national highways, as rivers crossed danger marks. The IMD forecasts continued rainfall across north and central India.
