Visakhapatnam, Moscow sign pact for smart urban transport

Visakhapatnam and Moscow have signed a cooperation agreement to advance smart mobility, intelligent transport systems, electric mobility, and digital civic services. The pact, signed at the 5th International Transport Summit, will facilitate knowledge exchange and best practices. Key projects include AI-based traffic management (SARTHI), an electric rapid transit system, signal-free junctions, and online civic services, aligning with the city's sustainable urban development goals.
