TN CM Vijay's wife withdraws divorce petition

Sangeetha, wife of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay, withdrew her divorce petition on Friday, closing a long-running legal battle. Appearing via video-conferencing in a Chengelpattu family court, she confirmed her decision, and the court disposed of the matter, granting her liberty to refile if needed. Sangeetha had filed the petition last year, accusing Vijay of an extra-marital affair and mental cruelty.
