Hong Kong records hottest day ever as Typhoon Dolphin fuels heatwave

Hong Kong recorded its highest official temperature since records began 142 years ago, reaching 36.9C on Sunday as Typhoon Dolphin swept warm air over the city. The storm also triggered flight cancellations and evacuations along China's east coast before making landfall in Zhejiang province.
