Indian student arrested in Germany over US girlfriend's murder

Varun Batchigari, 20, an Indian student at the University of Arizona, was arrested in Germany after allegedly strangling his girlfriend Julissa Rubi Salazar, 19, in Tucson. Police say he fled to Germany en route to India. He faces first-degree murder and kidnapping charges and will be extradited to Arizona.
