Bengaluru FDA seizes rotten meat, expired dairy at 10 eateries

Bengaluru's food safety department seized 132 kg of unsafe food, including rotten meat and expired dairy, during surprise inspections of 10 high-end restaurants and pubs. Skyye, a rooftop bar in UB City, was closed over unhygienic kitchen conditions. Notices were issued for violations of food safety regulations.
