DLF has sold a penthouse at its luxury project The Dahlias in Gurugram for Rs 271 crore, one of the costliest deals per square foot. Entrepreneur Manav Sardana reportedly bought the 17,200 sq ft penthouse. The project has sold over 65% of its units, with expected revenue exceeding Rs 40,000 crore.
