Typhoon Dolphin, the strongest to hit China this year, caused torrential rain and flooding in eastern provinces, grounding nearly 950 flights in Shanghai. The storm weakened after landfall in Zhejiang, but Beijing has raised warnings for heavy rain and potential floods as it moves inland.
