Entrepreneur Manav Sardana buys ₹271 crore Gurugram penthouse

Entrepreneur Manav Sardana has purchased a penthouse at DLF's The Dahlias in Gurugram for ₹271 crore, one of India's costliest residential deals on a per-square-foot basis. The 17,200 sq ft super area penthouse (10,500 sq ft carpet) sold at about ₹1.58 lakh per sq ft on super area and nearly ₹2.6 lakh per sq ft on carpet. The deal highlights strong demand for luxury homes in India.
