An 88-year-old man's stolen phone helped Delhi Police uncover an interstate cyber-fraud network operating across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Nine suspects were arrested, including the alleged mastermind Nikhil Soni, in raids in Jaipur, Meerut, and Ghaziabad. The syndicate used stolen phones and mule accounts to siphon money, linked to 19 complaints nationwide.
