DLF has sold a penthouse at its luxury project The Dahlias in Gurugram for Rs 271 crore to entrepreneur Manav Sardana, associated with Imperial Auto. The 17,200 sq ft super area penthouse was priced at Rs 1.58 lakh per sq ft. The project has seen other high-value deals, including a Rs 380 crore purchase of four apartments.
