Airbus has sent specialists to assist investigators probing the severe turbulence encounter on Air India flight AI2379 from Phuket to Delhi. The Airbus A320neo encountered turbulence at 36,000 feet on August 4, injuring 17 people. France's BEA is also participating in the investigation alongside India's AAIB.
