Sindhu praises 'langur calls' to deter macaques at Worlds

PV Sindhu has praised organizers of the BWF World Championships for hiring three men to mimic langur calls to deter macaque intruders, calling the effort commendable and 'uniquely Indian.' The measure follows a rhesus macaque's appearance at the India Open earlier this year. The tournament runs from August 17 to 23 in Delhi.
