Kashmir election final vote delayed amid security fears

Pakistan-administered Kashmir postponed the final round of regional elections in seven constituencies due to security concerns, following violent protests and accusations of electoral fraud. The ruling PML-N has won 24 of 34 seats so far, but faces rigging allegations from the PPP and a boycott by PTI. Protests have turned deadly, with over 30 reported killed in Rawalakot.
