Carter Eslick, 20, a former leader of a Northern Arizona University fraternity, pleaded guilty Monday to felony hazing in the death of pledge Colin Daniel Martinez, 18. Martinez died after excessive drinking at an off-campus event, with a blood-alcohol level of 0.425%. Under a plea agreement, Eslick faces up to four years of probation and possibly a year in jail at sentencing on Sept. 30.
