Colombia Earthquake Kills 111, Damages 24 Health Facilities

A magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck western Colombia on Monday, killing at least 111 people and leaving over 2,700 missing. The UN reported 24 health facilities damaged and more than 5,000 homes affected, with hospitals in Cali evacuated. Rescue efforts continued as soldiers and volunteers searched rubble.
