16 rescued from Uttarakhand tunnel collapse, more feared trapped

At least 16 workers were rescued after a tunnel collapse at the HDC hydropower project in Pipalkoti, Chamoli, Uttarakhand. Rescue teams from multiple agencies are working to reach others feared trapped. Officials report around 18 people may be affected, with five injured hospitalized, two in serious condition.
