The Delhi Development Authority has signed an agreement with Juniper Hotels to develop a five-star Grand Hyatt hotel in Dwarka, with a capital investment of Rs 1,000 crore. The project, expected to be operational by 2030, will generate around 800 jobs and is projected to bring over Rs 6,000 crore in revenue over its 55-year licence period.
