Four dead, 18 rescued in Chamoli tunnel accident

Four workers died and 18 were rescued after water and debris flooded an under-construction tunnel at a THDC hydroelectric project in Chamoli, Uttarakhand. Rescue operations by NDRF and SDRF continue for remaining trapped workers. Three to four rescued workers are in serious condition.
