Omar Abdullah slams Pakistan over Indus Waters Treaty

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah criticized Pakistan for claiming rights over river waters, saying the Indus Waters Treaty has 'sucked the blood dry' of the region. Abdullah also demanded restoration of full statehood and condemned the attack on Sukhbir Singh Badal.
