The Supreme Court on Friday quashed criminal proceedings against comedian Samay Raina and four other influencers over remarks about persons with disabilities. The court appreciated their efforts in organizing a chess tournament and raising awareness for disabled persons and those with rare diseases like Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).
