Saudi-led Red Sea defence alliance launched with 13 members

Saudi Arabia and 13 other countries have launched a maritime military coalition to protect shipping in the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandeb Strait, and Gulf of Aden. The alliance, announced after a meeting in Jeddah, aims to counter Houthi attacks and ensure freedom of navigation. More nations are expected to join.
