Vande Mataram rendered at Red Fort for first time

In a historic first, 'Vande Mataram' was performed at the Red Fort during India's 80th Independence Day celebrations on August 15, marking 150 years of the national song. Prime Minister Narendra Modi hoisted the flag, followed by the national anthem and a flower petal shower by IAF helicopters. The event also highlighted youth contributions to Viksit Bharat 2047.
