Mangione pleads guilty to federal stalking charges

Luigi Mangione pleaded guilty to federal stalking-to-kill charges in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. His lawyers filed a motion to dismiss the state murder case on double jeopardy grounds, arguing he shouldn't be punished twice. Sentencing is set for Dec. 18, where prosecutors will seek life in prison.
